We are doing automated fraud checks on all orders.
If your order falls under "Fraud" / "Manual review" Please open a ticket to our sales department and we will manually check the order and set it back to pending.
You will need to verify your email address first.
Open a ticket to our sales department. This will tell us that you are a real customer placing a real order and you will need to upload a copy/image of your government issued ID.
We will than set the order back to pending and you can pay the invoice and all services are setup.
