Thank you for buying our VPN solution, here we will try to guide you on how to connect from an OpenVPN client installed on a phone, tablet or PC.

• First, download the OpenVPN client (for PC) Or in the Play store (Android) or in the App store (Apple)
• Select the installer you want and install it on the device.
• Download the connection files from our client area under the VPN product, download the collection of config files for OpenVPN
• Extract that .zip file and go into the folder 
• Select the server you want to connect to and open the file. OpenVPN app will open asking you if you want to import the .ovpn file profile, click yes. 
• You will need to input the username and password you received in the email confirming you order. 
• And connect

* We are working on launching our own Android VPN app! Please note that you can only get access to our VPN servers within that app (if you subscribe in the play store)! You will not be able to use OpenVPN or SoftetherVPN software to connect as you would if you buy VPN Access from our site directly as you will not receive a username and password when buying in the app store!
