Six areas, along the bottom of a phone and down the left-hand side of a television or tablet.
- Live TV — your channels, grouped the way your provider groups them, with what is on now under each name.
- Movies — the film library.
- Series — box sets, by season and episode.
- Search — searches channels, films and series at once.
- Favourites — what you have marked, plus Continue watching.
- Settings — providers, recordings, parental control and playback options.
On a phone held upright
The list of categories would take up half the screen, so it folds away behind the list button in the top-left corner. Tap it, choose a category, and it closes again. Turn the phone sideways, or use a tablet or a television, and the categories stay on screen permanently.
On a remote control
The direction pad moves between everything and OK plays. While watching, channel up and down move through the list you started from, and holding OK on a channel or a poster adds it to your favourites.
Pull down to refresh
On any list, drag downwards from the top and let go. The app fetches that list again from your provider. Useful when your provider has just added something.
