Settings → Recordings lists everything you have recorded, with the size of each file, a Play button and a Delete button.
Play opens the file in the app's own player, straight from the device. No connection to your provider is involved, so a recording plays even with the internet off, and it does not use one of your permitted streams.
Where the files are
Recordings live in the app's own storage area, which is why the app never asks for permission to your photos or documents. Live channels are saved as .ts files, which any desktop video player opens if you copy them off.
Uninstalling the app deletes its storage area, and your recordings with it. Copy anything you want to keep to a computer first.
