"This licence has expired" or "This licence is suspended" Print

These two mean the licence was checked and refused, so the app stops straight away rather than after a grace period. They are billing matters, not technical faults.

  • Expired — the licence has run past its renewal date. Renew it in the client area; the app works again as soon as you press Activate.
  • Suspended — the licence has been put on hold. Open a ticket and we will tell you why and what is needed.
  • Reissued — the licence was reissued while the app was running. Press Activate once more and it settles.

Nothing is lost while a licence is inactive. Your provider setup, favourites and recordings are all still on the device and come back the moment the licence does.
