The app says it cannot reach your provider at the address Print

  • 0

The app looked at the address you entered, followed it to wherever it actually leads, and tried each of the usual entry points there. Nothing answered.

What to check

  1. Check you picked the right kind. This is much the commonest cause. An address with a username and password in it is an Xtream Codes panel or an M3U playlist, not a Ministra portal, and entering it as the wrong kind cannot work. See Adding your TV provider.
  2. Look for typos, particularly the port number after the colon and any trailing part such as /c/. For a username and password, watch for capital letters and for a space picked up when copying.
  3. Open the address in the device's browser. If the browser cannot load it either, the address is wrong or your provider's server is down — either way, the app cannot help.
  4. If the browser redirects you somewhere else, note the address it ends up at and enter that one instead. Short addresses often forward to a different host and directory.
  5. Ask your provider what they support. Tell them you have an Android app and ask whether they can give you a portal address with a MAC, an Xtream username and password, or a playlist link. Any one of the three is enough.

The app remembers the working entry point once it finds it, so this is a first-time problem rather than something that comes back.
