There is a ongoing DDoS attack on the NJ.us datacenter. 

Technicians, together with the internet provider, is making every effort to repel the attack and restore stable operation.

As of now we don't know when this is resolved and the VPN.NJ.US server is considered to be somewhat unstable. We will continue to update this network issue when there is more information available. 

Update 22.10.2024, 18:50: Datacenter are connected to DDoS protection but it can can still be packet loss and degraded speed on the server. 

Lost contact with VPN.ZA server. added Brazil to the free list as a temporary solution. 

There is a planned 9-hour power outage for certain areas in Johannesburg witch the datacenter (or at least the network connectivity) could be affected by from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

15:00, Server is now up again. 

Server is unavailable,  reported to the data center and waiting for a response. Will update when new information is available.  

Update 15:14:

Server is back up again. Still waiting on the OK from the data center technician. 

Update 21:30:

There is a ongoing DDOS attack and technicians are doing what they can do to mitigate the issue. The server will most likely have periods when it is unavailable until the attack is mitigated completely or when the attack stops. We will continue to monitor the situation.

We are experiencing packet loss on the server. 

Radius server for login to VPN services from OpenVPN or SoftetherVPN clients are down for an upgrade. 

Does not affect the Android app LN VPN.

Update 13:00 GMT+2:

We have to rebuild the config. Working on this now. 

Update 13:30 GMT+2:

Config has been rebuilt and the service is working as normal again. 

We are migrating prod03.eu.livlost.net to prod01.eu.livlost.net.

There may be some issues regarding PHP version as prod01.eu does not have the older versions. 

DNS zones will be updated.

Update: Almost every site has been migrated without issues.
