Backup is important and it's something you should do every day!
In your control panel you can easily set up a backup to run whenever want it or if you
just want to download the backup to your computer.
You can setup to use an FTP sever, or download the backup in your browser.
It is important to know that if you save your backup locally on the server then it also uses your available space on your hosting account.
If you manage to delete files or email you will then be able to restore the files from a backup.
This is useful if there are large amounts of data that have been lost.
Livlost Networks does not have a backup of your files. if you delete a file we can not restore it! You are responsible to create a backup and store it in a secure location.
